Community Mental Health Clinic discharges
With the increasing number of discharges and rapid turnaround of patients from the public sector, there is a need for ongoing specialist input to guide and inform ongoing GP care. We are happy to be involved on an annual or more regular basis to ensure medications, mental state and management are regularly reviewed. We have considerable GP liaison experience and will ensure timely and relevant communications.
Second opinions and/or reports
We are happy to see surgical or medical patients, Mental Health Act patients and other second opinions as required, at various venues including ED, hospital, hospice or hostel.
With referral, we offer Tele-health consultations for our rural and remote colleagues to access timely psychiatric consultations for their patients.
We are experienced in bringing health professionals together to formulate the best multi-disciplinary management plan for ongoing care co-ordination or discharge planning.
Family law matters
We offer Specialist consultation and assessment for Family Court issues, in liaison with legal representatives.
