We provide compassionate, comprehensive and confidential consultation. We support you and your GP for holistic and healthy recovery, in partnership.
We do insist on shared care with your GP. We may recommend referral to additional health professionals to ensure thorough management.

We focus on general adult mental health difficulties, to include:
- Anxiety and PTSD
- Depression
- Bipolar Affective Disorder(BPAD)
- Psychotic disorders
- Personality disorders
- Stress
- Neurodevelopmental diversity
Please note, we do not offer services for:
- Emergencies
- Forensic reports
- Addictions
- Intellectual disability
- Inpatient management
- Age groups outside 18-65yo
